Ordering steps and process for Ultima Online: The Second Age Upgrade:

1. Your agreement to the User License Agreement is required in order to move forward with your order. This will be displayed when you order online AND when you register your new Ultima Online Second Age product. This agreement will provide you with important information about ULTIMA ONLINE SECOND AGE. Follow this link, to read the User License Agreement.
2. Select your preferred order process (order online or "other options") below.
3. When ordering online, you must first read and accept the "USER LICENSE AGREEMENT."
4. Once you accept the agreement, you will be propmted to enter your existing Ultima Online userid and password.
5. After your account information is verified, you will be asked to enter your address and credit card information.
6. You will be given a list of the available shipping options and prices (based on your address). Delivery times are based from date of shipment NOT date of order. Order processing will take a minimum of 1 day, before we can ship your order. If the product is not in stock, your order will be backordered, and will be shipped immediately once it is restocked. This will affect your delivery time (expedited or regular).
7. After selecting a shipping option, you will be given a final chance to review the information you entered and place or cancel the order.
